Possible Causes
Moisture under control panel, Damaged keypad membrane, Loose ribbon cable between keypad and main board, Failed control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the multicooker before touching the control panel area.
- Dry the panel: If liquid was spilled on the control panel, unplug immediately and do not use. Wipe the surface dry and allow the unit to air dry for 24–48 hours in a warm, dry place.
- Check for stuck buttons: Gently press each button to ensure it moves freely and returns. If a button feels stuck, clean around it with a slightly damp cloth and then dry.
- Power reset: After drying, plug in and test. If E08 appears immediately or buttons do not respond, internal connections may be damaged.
When to call a technician: Accessing and reseating the keypad ribbon cable or replacing the control panel requires disassembly of the top cover.
