Oven fan is very noisy, rattling, or grinding during operation.

Safety first: Turn off power and allow the oven to cool before accessing the fan.

• Inspect fan blade: Remove the rear panel inside the cavity. Check for loose screws, warped blade, or debris (foil, food pieces) around the fan.
• Tighten blade: Ensure the fan nut or screw is tight on the motor shaft. Use appropriate tools to secure it.
• Spin test: Rotate the fan by hand. Roughness or side play indicates worn bearings; replace the fan motor.
• Reassemble carefully: Ensure the rear panel is refitted correctly; a misaligned panel can also cause noise.

Warning: Do not bend the fan blades excessively; imbalance can cause further noise and vibration.
