Safety first: Turn off power before testing components.

• Check with oven thermometer: Place a thermometer in the centre of the cavity and compare actual temperature to the setpoint. Large discrepancies indicate a control or sensor issue.
• Inspect door seal: Look for gaps, tears, or flattened sections in the gasket. Replace if not sealing evenly all around.
• Element inspection: Look for hot spots or uneven glow on elements (visible through vents or during grill use). Replace any element that glows unevenly or shows cracks.
• Sensor test: Measure NTC sensor resistance and replace if out of spec.

Warning: Poor sealing can overheat the control panel and surrounding cabinetry; do not ignore a damaged gasket.
