Safety first: Ensure hands are dry and the panel is clean before testing.

• Clean and dry: Wipe the control panel with a dry, soft cloth. Remove any spills or condensation.
• Power reset: Turn off power for 5–10 minutes, then restore and test controls again.
• Reduce interference: Avoid placing strong electromagnetic sources (e.g. induction hob pans) directly adjacent to the control area during operation.
• Panel replacement: If specific areas remain unresponsive, replace the touch control panel assembly.

Warning: Do not use sharp objects to press touch keys; this can crack the glass and damage sensors.
