• Remove and clean: Take out all racks and side runners. Clean thoroughly with warm soapy water to remove grease and carbon.
• Inspect for damage: Check racks for warping or bent wires. Inspect runners for bending or broken clips.
• Straighten or replace: Minor bends can sometimes be carefully straightened. Severely distorted racks or runners should be replaced.
• Reinstall correctly: Ensure runners are clipped into the correct positions and that racks are seated level on both sides.
