Possible Causes
Blown oven lamp, Faulty lamp holder, Open circuit in lamp wiring, Defective lamp relay or triac on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off power before changing the lamp or accessing internal wiring.
- Replace the lamp: Unscrew the glass lamp cover inside the oven (usually at the rear or side). Remove the old bulb and fit a new high-temperature oven bulb of the correct wattage and base type specified by Amica.
- Inspect lamp holder: Check for heat damage, cracks, or corrosion on the lamp holder. Replace the holder if contacts are burnt or loose.
- Check wiring: From the rear of the oven, inspect the lamp wiring harness for breaks or burnt insulation. Repair or replace as needed.
- PCB output: If the lamp and wiring are good but the lamp never comes on (and E11 persists), the control board's lamp driver (relay or triac) may have failed. Replace the main PCB or have it repaired by a specialist.
