Possible Causes
Blown lamp bulb, Faulty lamp holder contacts, Broken lamp glass cover, Open circuit in lamp wiring
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off power before changing the lamp to avoid electric shock or glass breakage.
- Replace bulb: Unscrew the glass cover inside the oven. Remove the old bulb and install a new high-temperature oven bulb of the correct type (usually E14, 25–40 W) approved for Amica ovens.
- Inspect lamp holder: Check for corrosion or burnt contacts. If the bulb fits loosely or flickers, replace the lamp holder.
- Check wiring: If a new bulb does not light, inspect the wiring to the lamp holder from the rear of the oven. Repair any breaks or loose connections.
