Possible Causes
Blown oven lamp, Faulty lamp holder, Broken lamp wiring, Faulty lamp relay or triac on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and allow the oven to cool before changing the lamp.
- Replace lamp: Unscrew the glass lamp cover inside the oven (often at the rear or side). Remove the old bulb and install a new high-temperature oven lamp of the correct wattage and base type specified by Ariston.
- Inspect lamp holder: Check for signs of burning or cracking on the lamp holder. If damaged, replace the lamp holder assembly from the rear of the oven.
- Check wiring: From the rear, verify that the lamp wires are intact and firmly connected.
- PCB check: If a known-good lamp does not light and wiring is intact, the lamp control component (relay or triac) on the PCB may be faulty. Replace the main control board if necessary.
