Safety first: Verify the breaker is off before opening any panels. This fault involves mains voltage.

• Check household breaker: Reset the breaker and see if it trips again. If it does, there may be a short in the oven.
• Inspect terminal block: Remove the rear cover and check for loose or burned connections. Tighten and replace the block if necessary.
• Internal fuses: Some Asko ovens have internal fuses on the power filter or control board. With power off, check and replace blown fuses with the exact type and rating.
• Control board power supply: If power is present at the terminal block but the control is dead, the main control board's power supply is likely faulty and the board must be replaced.
