Oven produces excessive noise during operation (rattling, grinding, or squealing).

Safety first: Turn off power and let the oven cool before removing panels.

• Identify noise source: Run the oven briefly and listen to locate whether the noise comes from the rear (convection fan), top (cooling fan), or door area. Then disconnect power.
• Check fan blades and screws: Tighten the convection fan blade nut and any mounting screws. Replace the blade if bent.
• Inspect fan motors: Spin the convection and cooling fans by hand. Roughness or play indicates worn bearings; replace the motor.
• Secure panels: Tighten loose screws on side, top, and rear panels and any internal baffles that may vibrate.
