Steam or combi Asko oven does not produce steam; water tank empties slowly or not at all.

Safety first: Disconnect power and allow the oven to cool. Steam systems operate under pressure and high temperature.

• Descale system: Follow the manufacturer's descaling procedure using approved descaling solution to remove mineral buildup from the steam generator.
• Check water tank and lines: Ensure the tank is seated correctly and that inlet hoses are not kinked. Clean any filters in the water path.
• Test steam heater: Access the steam generator and measure resistance across the heater terminals. Replace the heater if open.
• Inspect sensors: Check steam temperature and level sensors for corrosion or scale. Replace if faulty.
