Display shows F7; oven may beep continuously and keys may not respond.

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before working on the control panel.

• Check for stuck keys: With power off, press each button several times to feel for any that are physically stuck or have a different feel.
• Clean keypad surface: Wipe the keypad with a slightly damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid spraying cleaner directly onto the panel.
• Inspect internal keypad: Remove the control panel and inspect the keypad membrane for warping, bubbling, or burn marks from heat.
• Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect the keypad ribbon cable to the EOC to ensure a solid connection.
• Replace keypad: If F7 returns or certain keys remain unresponsive, replace the touchpad/control panel assembly. If a new keypad does not resolve the issue, replace the electronic oven control (EOC).
