How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect mains and allow the oven to cool. Remove shelves and trays before working inside.

- Continuity test: Disconnect the element terminals and measure resistance. An open circuit means the element is defective and must be replaced.
- Inspect terminals: Check for signs of overheating at the terminals. Replace any discolored or loose connectors.
- Harness check: Trace the wires back to the control board, looking for pinched or broken insulation.
- Control output: If the element and wiring are good, but the oven never supplies power to the bottom element, the control board's output device is likely faulty and requires replacement.
