How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before removing the control panel.

  • Power reset: Disconnect power for 10 minutes, then restore and reprogram the clock. If F13 reappears, continue.
  • Access timer module: Remove the control panel to access the clock/timer PCB (may be integrated with the display).
  • Check connectors: Ensure all plugs to the timer module are secure. Reseat them once.
  • Visual inspection: Look for burnt components or cracked solder joints. If present, replace the timer module.
