Possible Causes
Incorrect mains voltage (too low or too high), Unstable power supply, Internal voltage sensing circuit fault on control board, Neutral or earth connection issue at terminal block
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off power before opening the terminal block cover.
- Check supply: Have a qualified person measure the mains voltage at the oven connection. Ensure it matches the rating plate (e.g. 230 V, 50 Hz).
- Inspect terminal block: Remove the rear cover to access the mains terminal block. Check for loose screws, burnt terminals, or melted plastic. Tighten connections and replace damaged blocks.
- Phase configuration: On multi‑phase models, ensure the jumpers are configured correctly according to the installation diagram.
- Control board: If supply is correct and connections are sound, the voltage sensing circuit on the control board may be faulty and the board will need replacement.
