Possible Causes
Low or fluctuating mains voltage, Loose terminal block connections, Overheated mains terminal block, Faulty power supply section on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before inspecting the terminal block. Risk of electric shock and fire.
Check supply and terminals:
- Verify that the oven is connected directly to a dedicated circuit as per Beko installation instructions.
- Remove the rear cover to access the mains terminal block.
- Inspect for signs of overheating, discoloration, or melted plastic.
- Tighten all terminal screws to the specified torque; loose connections can cause voltage drops and heat.
- If the terminal block is damaged, replace it and any burnt wiring.
- If household voltage is unstable, consult an electrician.
- If supply and terminals are good, the PCB’s power supply or voltage sensing circuit may be faulty and require replacement.
Warning: Do not operate the oven with a damaged terminal block; this is a serious fire hazard.
