Possible Causes
Compressed or torn door seal, Broken seal hooks or clips, Misaligned door, Warped inner door panel
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the oven to cool completely before touching the seal.
Steps:
- Inspect the door seal all around the cavity for tears, hardening, or flattened sections.
- On many Beko ovens, the seal is held by corner hooks; gently pull the old seal out of the holes.
- Clean the groove or holes of any debris.
- Fit a new genuine Beko door seal, starting at the corners and ensuring even tension all around.
- Check that the door closes evenly and compresses the seal uniformly.
Warning: Do not use adhesive on seals that are designed to be clip-in; this can make future replacement difficult.
