Possible Causes
Weak or partially failed heating element, Faulty oven thermostat or NTC sensor, Poor door seal causing heat loss, Incorrect calibration of control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before removing panels or elements.
Diagnosis:
- Use an oven thermometer to compare actual temperature to the set temperature at 180–200°C.
- If the oven never reaches target temperature, test each heating element for correct resistance and replace any that are significantly higher than spec or show visible damage.
- Inspect the door seal for gaps, tears, or compression; replace if it does not seal evenly all around.
- Test the temperature sensor (NTC) resistance at room temperature and at a known higher temperature; replace if readings are out of range.
- Some Beko models allow minor temperature calibration via the control; refer to the user manual.
Warning: Do not bend or kink the temperature sensor probe excessively; this can damage it.
