Possible Causes
Blown internal fuse on PCB, Loose mains terminal block, Open-circuit wiring to control board, Failed low-voltage power supply on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before opening any covers. Risk of electric shock.
Checks:
- Verify that the wall isolator switch (if fitted) is on.
- Remove the rear cover and inspect the mains terminal block for loose or burnt connections; tighten or replace as needed.
- Check for an internal fuse on or near the PCB; test and replace with the exact same type and rating if blown.
- If the fuse blows again immediately, there is a short circuit that must be located before further operation.
- If supply is present at the PCB but the display remains dead, the control board’s power supply is likely faulty and the board should be replaced.
Warning: Internal fuses blow for a reason; do not bypass or up-rate them.
