Oven racks or side supports have collapsed or will not stay in place.

Safety: Ensure the oven is cool before adjusting racks.

• Inspect side rails: Remove and check for bending or broken hooks. Replace with Belling-compatible side supports if damaged.
• Check rack orientation: Ensure shelves are inserted the correct way round and fully engaged in the support slots.
• Replace runners: If telescopic runners are worn or loose, replace the runner set.
• Avoid overload: Do not exceed the recommended weight on a single shelf to prevent future failures.
