Safety first: Turn off power and allow the oven to cool before inspecting vents or removing panels.

Check installation: Verify that the oven has the clearances specified in the Bertazzoni installation manual. Lack of space can trap hot air.
Inspect vents: Clean dust and grease from all visible vents. Ensure no trim or cabinetry is blocking airflow.
Test cooling fan: During a bake cycle, the cooling fan should run once the oven warms up. If it does not, test and replace the cooling fan assembly.
Inspect internal baffles: If the oven has been previously serviced, ensure all internal heat shields and baffles are correctly reinstalled.
