Possible Causes
Internal failure of electronic timer, stuck relay on timer board, corrupted timer settings, poor connection between timer and main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect mains power before removing the control panel.
- Reset timer: With power on, attempt a soft reset by clearing all programs and setting the clock again according to the user manual. If E11 persists, disconnect power for 10 minutes and retry.
- Access timer module: Remove the front control panel to expose the timer/programmer board.
- Inspect connections: Check all connectors between the timer and main control board. Reseat them firmly.
- Check for damage: Look for burn marks or cracked solder joints on the timer PCB. If present, replacement is required.
- Replace timer: If resets and wiring checks do not resolve the error, replace the electronic timer / programmer module.
