Possible Causes
Failed buzzer component, shorted buzzer driver on PCB, stuck key causing continuous alarm, firmware glitch
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before opening the control panel.
- Soft reset: Turn off power for 10 minutes, then restore. Check if the beeper behavior returns to normal.
- Check for stuck keys: Inspect the touch panel for any keys that appear physically stuck or unresponsive. Clean the surface and edges.
- Access buzzer: Remove the control panel to locate the small buzzer on the PCB. Inspect for cracks or burn marks.
- Replace PCB or buzzer: On many Blomberg boards, the buzzer is integrated and not easily replaced separately. If faulty, replace the main control board or user interface board, depending on where the buzzer is located.
