How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and allow the oven to cool before removing the rear interior panel.
- Access fan element: Remove the rear panel inside the oven to expose the circular fan element.
- Visual check: Look for cracks or burn marks on the element ring.
- Test element: Disconnect one terminal and measure resistance. Replace the convection (fan) element if open.
- Check wiring and relay: If the element is good, inspect wiring and the fan element relay on the control board. Replace the main control board if the relay is not switching.
