Possible Causes

Control lock feature engaged, Stuck control lock button, Software glitch in EOC

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: If the oven is hot and you cannot unlock it, avoid forcing the door; allow it to cool.

Steps to try:

  • Disable control lock: Press and hold the designated control lock key (often "Lock", "Control Lock", or a key with a lock icon) for 3–5 seconds until LOC clears from the display.
  • Power reset: If the lock will not clear, turn off power for 5 minutes, then restore and try the unlock sequence again.
  • Check keypad: Ensure the lock button is not physically stuck or damaged. Clean around the button.

When to stop: If LOC remains and the door is locked with no response to the unlock sequence, the door lock mechanism or EOC may be faulty and should be serviced by a technician.
