Possible Causes

Tripped thermal cut-out on oven cavity, Faulty function selector switch not supplying power to elements, Broken neutral or live wire to heating circuit, Failed main control board relay output

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Disconnect power before opening panels.

Diagnostic steps:

  • Confirm that the oven light and display operate, but no heat is produced in any mode.
  • Access the rear or top of the oven and locate the thermal cut-out / safety thermostat on the cavity. Test for continuity; if open and non-resettable, replace it.
  • Check the function selector switch for burned contacts or loose wires. Test continuity in several modes according to the wiring diagram.
  • Inspect the wiring harness from the selector or control board to the heating elements for breaks or burned connectors.
  • If all wiring and safety devices are intact, the main control board relay that feeds the heating circuit may have failed and the board may need replacement.
