Bosch oven interior light does not work but oven heats normally

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker and allow the oven to cool before replacing the bulb.

• Replace bulb: Remove the glass cover (usually twist-off) and replace the bulb with the correct Bosch high-temperature oven lamp.
• Inspect socket: Check for corrosion or heat damage. Replace the lamp holder if contacts are loose or burnt.
• Check door-activated function: Some models only light when the door is opened or a key is pressed. Verify correct operation.
• Control issue: If a new bulb and socket do not work, the light relay or control circuit may be faulty and the main control board may need replacement.
