Possible Causes
Child lock enabled, Cooking duration or end time incorrectly set, Faulty Start button or encoder, Software lockup in control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No internal access is needed for initial checks. If you open the unit, disconnect power first.
- Check child lock: Look for a key or lock symbol on the display. Disable the lock by holding the indicated button combination (refer to the user manual).
- Reset timer settings: Cancel any delayed start or programmed end time. Set a simple manual mode (e.g. conventional heat at 180°C) and press Start.
- Power reset: Turn off power at the breaker for 5–10 minutes, then restore and test again.
- Test Start control: If the Start button or knob does not register, the user interface may be faulty. Replace the UI panel or keypad assembly.
