Possible Causes
Shorted mains filter (EMI filter), Miswired terminal block (bridges incorrect), Crushed mains cable, Shorted control transformer or power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not attempt repeated resets. Disconnect the oven and do not use it until the fault is located. Mains work should be done by a qualified person.
- Inspect mains cable and plug: Check for cuts, burns, or crushed sections. Replace the cable if damaged.
- Check terminal block wiring: With power off, remove the rear cover and verify that the live, neutral, and earth wires are correctly connected and that any factory bridges match the installation diagram on the cover.
- Inspect EMI filter: The mains filter module near the entry point can fail short. Look for burn marks or a cracked casing. Replace with an identical rated filter if faulty.
- Control board check: If the filter and wiring are good, the internal power supply or transformer on the control board may be shorted. Replace the main control board.
