Possible Causes
Failed user interface (UI) board, Corrupted firmware on UI, Loose or damaged UI harness
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Disconnect power at the breaker before removing the control panel.
- Power reset: Turn off power for 5–10 minutes to allow capacitors to discharge, then restore power. If F64 reappears or the UI remains unresponsive, continue.
- Access UI board: Remove screws securing the control panel and gently pull it forward to expose the user interface board.
- Inspect connections: Reseat all ribbon cables and harnesses on the UI board. Check for corrosion, bent pins, or signs of overheating.
- Visual inspection: Look for burnt components, cracked ICs, or moisture damage on the UI board.
- Replace UI: If connections are secure and damage is evident or the fault persists, replace the user interface board. Transfer any overlay or trim as required for Café styling.
