Display shows LOC or Control Locked; oven will not start and keys do not respond except for lock controls.

Safety First: No internal repair is needed for normal control lock operation. Do not disassemble the oven for this condition.

• Unlock controls: On most Café ovens, press and hold the Lock Controls or Control Lock pad for 3–5 seconds until LOC disappears. Refer to the user manual for your specific model.
• Power reset: If the panel will not unlock, turn off power at the breaker for 2 minutes, then restore and try the unlock sequence again.
• Check for stuck key: If the lock key feels stuck or does not respond, the touch panel may be failing and require replacement of the touch control panel assembly.
