Safety First: Turn off power and allow the oven and door to cool completely before disassembly. Glass edges can be sharp; wear gloves.

• Check vents: Inspect the door vent slots at the top or bottom of the door. Clear any grease or debris.
• Remove door: Lift the door off its hinges (on removable-hinge models) and place it on a padded surface.
• Disassemble door: Remove screws around the door perimeter to separate the inner and outer panels. Carefully clean the inner surfaces of the glass panes.
• Inspect seals: Check foam or silicone seals around the glass. Replace damaged seals or the door glass assembly if necessary.
• Reassemble: Rebuild the door in the original order and reinstall on the oven, ensuring hinges are fully seated.
