How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: No high-voltage work is required for basic connectivity troubleshooting. Disconnect power only if accessing internal modules.
- Network reset: Use the oven's settings menu to reset network settings and rejoin your Wi-Fi per the Café app instructions.
- Signal strength: Ensure your router is within range and not blocked by heavy construction. Try temporarily moving the router closer.
- Firmware update: If possible, update the oven firmware via the app or USB (if supported) following Café instructions.
- Inspect Wi-Fi module: If connectivity still fails, disconnect power, remove the control panel, and check the Wi-Fi module and its antenna connection. Replace the module if visibly damaged or non-functional.
