How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect mains power before accessing internal wiring.
- Inspect connectors: Locate the NTC sensor connector on the control PCB and at the sensor end. Unplug and replug several times to clean contacts.
- Check cable routing: Ensure the sensor cable is not pinched between panels or touching hot elements, which can damage insulation.
- Continuity test: With the sensor disconnected at both ends, test each wire from one end to the other for continuity. Flex the cable gently while testing to detect intermittent breaks.
