Possible Causes
Control lock function engaged, corrupted configuration in control board, stuck combination of keys simulating lock command
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No internal work is required initially; keep the oven connected but do not attempt to bypass safety features.
- Disable child lock: Refer to the Clatronic user manual. Typically, press and hold a specific key (e.g., the lock symbol or Stop/Cancel) for 3–5 seconds until the lock icon disappears and F5 clears.
- Power cycle: If the lock will not disengage, disconnect power for 10 minutes, then reconnect and try the unlock procedure again.
- Check keypad: If keys are unresponsive, inspect the touch panel and ribbon cable for damage as described in keypad-related errors.
- Control replacement: If configuration remains corrupted and F5 cannot be cleared, the control board may need replacement.
