Possible Causes
Failed real-time clock IC on control board, power supply instability to logic circuits, corrupted timer settings, internal board damage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: For basic resets, no disassembly is needed. For board inspection, disconnect mains power.
- Reset clock: Try setting the time and timer again according to the user manual. Some Clatronic ovens will not start heating until the clock is set.
- Power reset: Disconnect power for 10–15 minutes, then reconnect and set the clock. Check if F6 clears.
- Inspect board (advanced): If the error persists, remove the control panel and inspect the PCB for damaged components in the low-voltage section (near small transformers or switching supplies).
- Replace control board: If the timer/clock circuit is faulty, replace the entire control module with the correct Clatronic spare.
