Possible Causes
Incorrect mains connection, neutral and live reversed or missing, loose terminal block connections, internal short circuit in wiring or components
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: This involves mains wiring. If you are not experienced with electrical work, contact a qualified electrician or technician. Always disconnect power at the breaker before opening the terminal block cover.
- Check supply: Verify that the oven is connected to the correct voltage and phase as specified on the Clatronic rating plate.
- Inspect terminal block: Remove the rear terminal cover and inspect the mains connection block. Tighten any loose screws and ensure wires are correctly placed according to the wiring diagram.
- Look for damage: Check for burnt insulation, melted plastic, or signs of arcing. Replace the terminal block if damaged.
- Internal short: If F9 persists and breakers trip, there may be a shorted heating element or wiring. Disconnect elements one by one and test insulation resistance to chassis. Replace any component that shows a short.
