Oven door glass is loose, rattles, or has condensation between panes.

Safety first: Ensure the oven is cool. Wear gloves to protect against sharp edges and glass.

• Inspect door: Check for missing screws at the bottom or sides of the door. Tighten any loose fasteners.
• Disassemble door: Remove the door and carefully separate the inner and outer panels according to the manual. Note the order of glass panes and seals.
• Clean and dry: Clean condensation and grease from between the panes. Allow all parts to dry completely.
• Replace seals or glass: If seals are damaged or glass is cracked, replace with the correct Clatronic door glass kit or seals.
• Reassemble: Refit all components securely, ensuring no gaps remain that could leak hot air.
