Possible Causes
Stuck cooling fan relay on control board, shorted triac, faulty fan thermostat stuck closed, wiring short
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect mains power before inspecting the control area.
- Allow cooling: Some Clatronic ovens keep the cooling fan running for a while after use. Wait at least 30–60 minutes to see if it stops.
- Check thermostat: Locate the cooling fan thermostat (if separate) and test for continuity at room temperature. If it remains closed when cool, replace it.
- Inspect control board: Look for a welded relay or shorted triac controlling the fan. If found, replace the control board.
- Do not bypass: Never bypass safety thermostats; always replace with correct parts.
