How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Inspect for damage: Look for cracks, kinks, or burn marks on the ribbon. If damaged, the keypad/control panel assembly must be replaced.
- Test operation: Restore power and test all buttons. If E1 returns or some keys do not respond, replace the keypad assembly.
- Control board replacement: If a new keypad does not resolve the error, the control board's keypad interface is likely faulty and the board should be replaced.
