Possible Causes

Internal failure of electronic oven control board, Power surge damage to control, Loose neutral or line connection at control

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety First: Disconnect power at the breaker. Electronic components can carry dangerous voltages even when off.

  • Power reset: Turn off power for 5–10 minutes, then restore. If F5 reappears immediately, proceed.
  • Inspect wiring: Remove the rear cover behind the control panel. Check that all wire harness connectors to the control board are fully seated and that no wires are burnt or loose, especially at L1, L2, and neutral terminals.
  • Check for visible damage: Look for burnt spots, bulging capacitors, or cracked solder joints on the control board. Any visible damage indicates the board should be replaced.
  • Replace control board: Label or photograph all connections, then transfer wires one by one to the new board. Mount the new board securely and reassemble the console.

If you are not experienced with electrical work, have a professional perform this repair.
