Possible Causes
Blown internal thermal fuse, failed low-voltage power supply on main PCB, shorted component on control board, faulty mains filter
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the oven is disconnected from mains before opening any covers. Capacitors on the power board can retain charge.
- Check supply: Verify that the wall outlet or cooker connection has correct voltage and that the external breaker is not tripped.
- Internal fuse: Remove the oven from the cabinet and access the rear or side where the internal fuse is located. Test the fuse with a multimeter and replace only with the same rating if blown.
- Inspect power board: Examine the main control/power board for burnt components, bulging capacitors, or cracked tracks. If visible damage is present, the board should be replaced.
- Check mains filter and wiring: Inspect the mains filter module and incoming wiring for shorts or burns.
- Repeated fuse blowing: If the new fuse blows immediately, there is a serious short circuit. Do not continue replacing fuses; have the oven inspected by a qualified technician.
