Safety first: No internal high-voltage work is required for basic checks, but disconnect power before removing panels.

• Disable child lock: Follow the user manual to toggle the child lock (often by holding a specific key combination for several seconds).
• Power reset: Turn off the breaker for 5–10 minutes to reset the control electronics.
• Check lock button: If a dedicated lock button exists, ensure it is not physically stuck or damaged.
• Inspect control panel: If the lock remains engaged, remove the control panel and inspect the touch PCB or button board for contamination or moisture. Clean and dry as needed.
• Board replacement: Persistent lock errors may indicate a faulty user interface or main control board, which may need replacement.
