Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker. Allow any warming drawer components to cool.

• Inspect warming drawer: Pull out the warming drawer and check for obvious damage to the element, sensor, or wiring.
• Check sensor: Locate the warming drawer temperature sensor (if equipped) and test resistance at room temperature according to the service manual (often similar to oven sensor). Replace if open/shorted.
• Verify wiring: Inspect the harness from the drawer to the main oven chassis and EOC. Repair any broken or pinched wires.
• Control board: If sensor and wiring are good, the warming drawer control or EOC may be faulty. Replace the appropriate board based on your model's design.
