How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before testing.
- Access and test sensor: Remove the oven temperature sensor from inside the cavity and test resistance at room temperature (~1050–1100 Ω). Replace if open.
- Check connector: Ensure the sensor connector behind the oven liner is fully seated and not corroded.
- Inspect harness: Trace the sensor wires to the EOC and repair any breaks or burns.
- Replace EOC: If sensor and wiring are good, replace the EOC.
