Oven door will not close fully or appears misaligned

Safety first: Ensure the oven is cool before working on the door.

• Check for obstructions: Inspect the door gasket and frame for debris or warped gasket sections. Clean or replace the gasket as needed.
• Inspect hinges: Open the door and check hinges for bending or excessive play. Replace hinges in pairs if worn or damaged.
• Check hinge receivers: Tighten any loose screws securing the hinge receivers inside the oven frame.
• Door adjustment: On some models, slight adjustments can be made by loosening hinge screws and repositioning. Follow Electrolux service instructions.
