How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Leave the breaker off until the fault is found. Do not repeatedly reset a tripping breaker.
- Inspect elements: Look for visible cracks or burn-through on bake, broil, and convection elements. Test each for continuity to ground; replace any element that is shorted to the chassis.
- Check wiring: Remove rear and top panels and inspect wiring harnesses for melted insulation or pinched wires touching metal.
