Oven door glass is loose, rattling, or has condensation between inner and outer panes

• Tighten fixings: Open the door and remove any visible screws holding the inner glass or trim. Tighten loose screws and ensure the glass is seated correctly in its channels.
• Clean vents: Check the top of the door for vent slots. Clear any blockages to allow moisture to escape.
• Replace glass or seals: If the inner glass is cracked or the seal is deteriorated, remove the door, disassemble the glass layers, and replace the damaged pane or seal with Essentials parts.
• Reassemble carefully: Rebuild the door in the correct order of glass and spacers. Do not overtighten screws, as this can crack the glass.
• Test for rattles: Close the door and gently tap to ensure the glass is secure and quiet.
