Gas oven (if applicable Falcon dual-fuel model) fails to ignite, error displayed, clicking may be heard

Safety: Turn off gas and electrical supply before working on gas components. Gas work should comply with local regulations and may require a licensed gas technician.

• Check gas supply: Ensure the gas isolation valve to the cooker is open and that other gas appliances work correctly.
• Inspect burner and electrode: Remove the oven base panel to access the burner. Clean the burner ports with a soft brush and ensure the Falcon oven ignition electrode is not cracked and is correctly positioned near the burner.
• Test ignition module: When calling for heat, you should hear regular clicking. If there is no spark at the electrode but the module clicks, replace the electrode. If there is no clicking at all, the Falcon ignition module may be faulty and should be replaced by a qualified technician.
