Possible Causes
One leg of supply missing on multi-phase installation, Partially failed dual-circuit element, Loose connection at terminal block, Faulty relay on control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Isolate the cooker and be aware that multi-phase supplies carry dangerous voltages. Only qualified persons should test live circuits.
- Check supply voltage: Verify that all phases or live/neutral connections are present at the Falcon mains terminal block according to the installation manual.
- Inspect terminal block: Tighten all screws and look for heat damage. Replace the block if any terminals are burnt.
- Test elements: Some Falcon elements have dual circuits. Measure resistance across each pair of terminals; if one circuit is open, replace the Falcon oven element.
- Control relays: If supply and elements are good, a stuck or burnt relay on the control PCB may be limiting power. Board repair or replacement is required.
